Job description:

Manage OPS entities Accrued Income reduction

Responsible for Cy120 / Cy 054 accrued income reduction
Responsible for training and supervision & recruitment,
Coordinate overall Angolan clients invoicing both from Monaco and Luanda (OPS Local Finance Team)
Coordinate Invoicing process with OPS Finance team, Supply chain, Account Payables and Treasury
Liaise with Clients to obtain invoices approval and payment (understand the needs, provide backups, answer questions…)

Implement Invoicing Process

Responsible for implementing an optimized invoicing procedure for Angolan area clients
Develop efficient invoicing process to be implemented in MC and Luanda (P&L coding in SUN, back up collection process, invoicing reconciliation, contractual requirements, responsibilities, client submission process and timing, client invoices filing, …)
Support Internal Control team for implementation of OPS Manual Procedure and ICOFR Matrix in Angola
Support Ad hoc and External Audit request
Coordinate the Financial closing of the accrued income on a timely manner

Implement Invoicing Reporting and follow-up

Prepare Monthly reporting to management of Accrued Income and Client Overdue
Organize bi weekly meetings with OPS finance team to ensure invoices are prepared, approved and paid by client on time. Implement action plan each time a deviation is identified.

Cash Management

Participate to Cash Projections preparation for internal/external purpose for quarter closing, JV Steerco and BoD meetings and on specific requests

Job requirements:

Education: Master Degree in Finance (Accounting, Corporate Finance, Audit);
Experience: 5 years’ experience in Finance;
Specific competencies (knowledge or know-how) which are a key factor for the position:

Strong analytical and organizational skills, basis in accounting;
Strong MS office user (particularly Excel);
Fluent English;
Leadership Skills;
Good communication skills, problem solver and pro-activity behavior.
