Be an active part of a regional team of 8 sub-teams across Western Europe which represent 15 countries and 2 Business Units: Beauty Care Retail and Beauty Care Professional
Act as business partner in all Supply Chain relevant topics inside the organization and towards suppliers & customers with strong focus on turnover, profitability and especially new product introduction (NPI)
Co-steer performance of the region and ensure achievement of SC KPIs (Service Level, Perfect Order, on-time-in-full, Customer Complaints, Inventory, Slow Movers, etc) on regional & country level
Support SC Director WEU in all analytics & reporting tasks for relevant SC KPIs
Ensure full regional S&OP (Sales & Operations) cycle, including complete analysis and qualitative commenting allowing clear future oriented action plans
Review & challenge country long-term volume forecast & enrichment with underlying monthly analysis and deep dives
Collaborate with Henkel Global Supply Chain Company (GSCCo) to generate benefits of IT and Digitalization strategy and support actively digital initiatives to drive transparency and ease of data analytics
Steer ad-hoc projects if and when needed
Prepare and organize quarterly Supply Chain regional meetings with different speakers & participants

Master’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain or Engineering
Min. 6 years of relevant professional experience within the area of Supply Chain, ideally in a Supply Chain Operations function for a country
Advanced MS Excel skills, PowerBI, SAP & APO DP
Fluent English language skills, additional language(s) used in Western European countries are advantageous
Strong influencing & communication skills as a passionate team player
Highly number driven & enjoying analytics
Team lead experience is advantageous
