Customer Service Representive - english

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain good working relationships with external customers, managing
assigned accounts as necessary
Take ownership for your customer's satisfaction
Resolve day-to-day problems with customers by telephone and email as well as managing
customer inquiries within our Customer Relationship Management tool (s)
Recommend products to customers based on their requirements
Enter and expedite orders in an accurate and timely manner using SAP
Understand and implement order, scheduling and expediting process
Manage the formalized delivery process and capture changes to delivery dates
Pro-actively communicate to and with the customer to ensure high customer satisfaction and
engagement
Work closely with our internal departments like production, sales, product line management,
finance and supply chain
Order and Project Management

Qualifications:
Must be fluent in italian and english (native speaker level), other languages ​​are a plus
Experienced in working with SAP
Customer care experience
Outstanding verbal / written communication skills
Ability to build and execute Excel Spreadsheets to manage large blocks of data
Accurate typing skills and experienced in working with MS Office
Ability to learn remotely and work with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to a high level of accuracy
Excellent team player and ability to work with a larger remote group
Strong problem solving skills and ability to express ideas clearly and precisely
Basic accounting knowledge will be a plus
Commercial understanding is required
