Your Challenge

With the relevant training provided to learn our products and industry, you will support the French organization in the development and deployment of software solutions. We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing solutions and take pride in their contribution to the business. The successful candidate will have strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Your responsibilities as Software Specialist at Videojet, include:

Develop solutions to adapt our standard software solutions to the customer environment

Plan, organize and coordinate installations with customers and technical service

Provide support to field technicians

Establish installation procedures for the service team

Solve and/or report software problems related to our machines to our headquarters in the US

We are looking for an apprentice who is:
Motivated and Driven – to focus and direct their energy and efforts towards achieving success
IT Passionate – focused and driven by the challenge of developing new solutions for design to implementation.
Team Player – relationship savvy people who intentionally make connections with customers, technicians and salespeople.

Your experience will include:

BTS / DUT in Industrial IT, you should ideally prepare a bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Knowledge of JavaScript, C, C ++, HTML, databases (SQL, ACCESS…) in Ethernet network

Basic knowledge of electronics and inter-equipment communication protocol

Proficiency in English
