As a Software Product Manager of Payment Experience you will be responsible for constantly improving the user flows related to payments. Examples include improving UX when transactions are being processed, assuring that the concept of authorisation is understood by customers and handling problematic payment situations in a world-class manner.
You'll collaborate with engineering, data and stakeholders throughout the organisation to deliver products that scale over millions of orders across Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia.

Set your team's Objectives and Key results aligned with cluster and company OKRs
Build products that deliver outstanding customer experience when payments are being made
Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organisation to define a winning strategy
Own the product roadmap, monitor and measure the success of the features your team builds
Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders
Ship quality products fast and often

You have:

3+ years of relevant product experience
Relevant work experience with managing customer facing products (mobile apps and web)
Aptitude for great UX, experience in wireframing and working with product designers
Very good understanding of the payment flows and concepts used in modern consumer products
Superb communication—you have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You make complex ideas understandable and craft specs that are easy for multiple audiences to consume
Technical know-how—you have a solid understanding of how software is made and how it works
Computer science degree or working experience is very welcome
Excellent spoken and written English
