If your CV is selected, you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview. Whether it is an assessment center or an individual interview, the recruiter you meet with be getting to know you better so they can capture the métier, division, brand and finally the mission in which you will be able to better express your potential. Our recruiters will have many roles they are recruiting for, so the more precise and authentic you are, the more the recruiter will be able to propose you the assignment that best meets your aspirations.
Finally, you will get an Operational interview with your potential future manager(s) to convince them that you are the best fit! At this point, your recruiter switches to coaching mode. She or he will help you to best prepare your final interview!

So what does your Digital Project Internship in the Garnier International Team look like?
Digital Services International Launches - You will facilitate the launch of hair color and skin digital services across multiple countries. You will manage the rollout from the Global master to the countries with the support of both central and local technical teams.
Website Content and Components - You will help the International teams drive activation and usage of website content and components from campaigns like Green Beauty to new quizzes and product impact labeling.
International + Country communications - You will manage and help improve the communications for countries including how-to videos for new website components, the website release notes, and digital newsletter.
Digital Operations - You will support the Global and divisional teams on internal processes and operational elements of digital tools like Sprinklr for social media posting/tracking, 3D packshot for new launches and pillars, etc.
A Master student (Cesure or Fin d’études) - No margin for negotiation on this one! Able to provide an internship agreement of 6 months issued by your school - no negotiation on this either!
