We are recruiting an incident Manager in a multi-supplier context.
The position consists in ensuring the follow-up of production and business services in a service integration approach (from end to end), in compliance with contractual commitments and procedures. In the service this consists of Being the entry point for the client's business divisions, accessible by phone and by email, in shift work (24x7). English language is compulsory.
