What we are looking for:
Scaleway is looking for a Vice President Internal IT Solutions to manage IT projects. You will advise and lead the managers and project managers under your responsibility in project management and coordination. The role of Vice President involves taking on both strategic and operational responsibilities.
Your primary tasks:
Participate in the definition of an IT strategy that is aligned with the company’s strategy
Analyse the company’s business processes and manage the dialogue with the various managers
Meet the business needs, and put forward ideas to improve processes
Implement projects that will help the information system evolve
Continue to consolidate the information system
Identify the customer needs for the data center, sales, marketing, assistance, finance, communication, supply chain, and human resources teams
Listen closely to teams, and put forward ideas which best meet their needs
Manage and monitor CRM, ERP, Back-office, customer portal and data center supervision systems projects
Manage invoicing and payment services
Design and pilot the overall planning of service developments and deliveries
Be committed to the plans for modernizing the company
Define and implement procedures, standards, organizational processes, and development methods through coordination with the CIO and CTO
Organize, manage and monitor the staff under your responsibility
Measure performance indicators
Manage monthly reporting to upper management
Anticipate problems and put forward solutions
Keep up-to-date with new market solutions to allow the company to stay ahead of the biggest market trends and innovations
You have at least 10 years’ professional experience, have worked in entrepreneurship at least once, and either have experience in a technology company or in a similar role. The skills required for this position are as follows:
