We are looking for a Region Europe Network Lead, working across 18 countries, as well as all key regional workstreams, to bring a holistic approach to insights, priorities, and key market needs across digital topics.
This is a strategic role for someone who is process-driven and always pushing for better, more effective, more creative work and operations. It requires an understanding of Global vs Local operating models, reporting structures, and the ability to build relationships and connectivity across a diverse set of stakeholders, across multiple markets and workstreams.

This role brings the opportunity to work across various workstreams (Content, Retail/Dealer Content, DMP, Onsite Experience, & Data). Within Publicis Emil, this role is the connective tissue, surfacing the good, the great, and the risky, and to ensure the right pressure is applied in the right place, to continue to drive the Mercedes-Benz Regional and Global transformation agenda.
This is a unique opportunity to not only prove the end-to-end Publicis Emil model to our clients, but also define a key role and processes for future Publicis Groupe Power of One Clients.
Drive Connectivity across regional workstreams, to understand priority market activities, pilot approaches, best practice, and performance, to surface outcome insights, across key Publicis Emil topics (from DMP, CRM Reverse Funnel, OneWeb, Always-On, Creative/Content, Dealer activity, Social & more)
Work closely with Global Network Lead, to identify scalable & shareable use cases from local markets and ensuring markets receive the right level of context & detail via sharing sessions.
Partner with Publicis Emil Global PMO & Reporting Team, to ensure we drive connectivity across connected-reporting topics and market performance insights, to ensure insights into key performance metrics on a quarterly basis.
Work together with the Network Associate and broader Network Team to ensure solutions-led approaches are proposed to clients, across market blockers and needs, based on broader Global Network insights.
Surface key blockers and insights to regional clients, providing consultation and building local as well as regional
Understand different data inputs (PowerBi dashboards, Adobe Analytics, how to liaise and best utilise the data team) and the ability to connect reporting needs, outputs and people.
Work with the Global PMO/Network/Workstream teams to ensure the outputs of the regional reporting feed into the needs of the regional
5+ years in client services or project management, with a proven track record in digital and data-driven marketing projects and/or operations.
Experience working in Global/Regional/Local operating models with ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups, and connect dots accordingly
A hands-on team player, with a desire to grow into a key central role, within the Emil Agency Model
