Corporate Information System main challenge is to support Nexans Transformation ¨Program facilitating energy transition and supporting the exponential growth of data by empowering its customers in four main business areas: Building & Territories (including utilities, smart grids, e-mobility), High Voltage & Projects (covering offshore wind farms, submarine interconnections, land high voltage), Telecom & Data (covering data transmission, telecom networks, hyperscale data centers, LAN), and Industry & Solutions (including renewables, transportation, Oil & Gas, automation, and others). In order to ensure a high level of controlling with Information System (IS), we are please to offer a 2 years apprenticeship starting in January 2021.

Purpose
The position will be exposed to a wide range of topics within Project Controlling Operations. Positions will support the financial planning, reporting and controlling tasks. In charge of mobility and fixed line cross-controlling. Scope is worldwide.
Services are the following : LAN, WAN, Telephony : fixe and mobile

Missions
Responsible of monthly costs center analysis and report
Consolidate order and invoicing for all services
Gain insight of the end-to-end purchasing process through review and approval of purchase requisitions for the business units Network and Telecom (10M€)
Support business case projects on an ad hoc basis.

Expected results
Provide a consolidated and worldwide financial review on a monthly basis
Highlight risks and failure in the process
Ability to proactively take actions to correct the process or mitigate a possible risk

Required skills and qualifications
High School Degree and 3rd Year of University completed-typically a non- technical degree specialization
Field of study: Project management, Finance and controlling, Business Administration,
Ability in being autonomous and rigourous
Good at partnering, innovating and making things happen
Additional skills: Advanced Excel and Power Point Skills
English (fluent, oral and written)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
