For our location in Marktoberdorf we are looking as soon as possible for a/an Digital Transformation Manager (DTM) (m/w/d)
DTM is responsible for local market planning and adapting central concepts, enabling rollout, managing the deployment project, coordinating and steering the involved teams from the brand, DCX and external support if applicable.
He/she has to manage proactively the stakeholders in the market and report out the status and deployment progress in terms of quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
The DTM is authorized to plan Budget in the market and represent DCX in the market. The responsibility starts in planning and preparation of the market deployment together with the brand with adapting the approach to the local specifities of the market, the dealer by dealer detailed onboarding and training planning, prioritization of dealers together with the brands, trainer quality control, rollout status reporting, organizing the hypercare support and being the key contact for the market in all regards of DCX.
