International media manager – CDI
Within the International Communication Direction of Cartier International, your main missions are the following :
You define with your manager the annual international media strategy for the Maison. You handle the international media budget in collaboration with international budget teams. You define the media objective, audiences and touchpoints calibration for each key projects. You are in charge of the performance related to the media investments and of the reporting to your Direction. You monitor the media market and your competition on a regular basis, run diverse analysis, provide the teams and the Direction with media best practices. You lead Media transformation initiative such as digital/data projects, international partnerships and innovation projects.
With the project manager in charge of the specific PAN plan, you define the objectives matching the annual media strategy and the local needs. You supervise the budget management and ensure the reporting.
Worldwide media coordination
Along with your team, you support the markets in the deployment of their local strategies in keeping with the international guidelines. You share the best practices and coordinate the arbitrages with the Direction. You take into account the local and cultural features in the media strategy. You ensure smooth relations between the markets, the HQ, the media agency and the Group.
Management of the media agency performance
You manage the agency relationship at an international level and collaborate with all key markets to supervise and optimize the agency performance in every market. You lead a dedicated agency team based in Paris. You make sure that the strategy defined by the Maison is well understood by the agency. You work on a regular basis with Richemont’s Media team.
You manage and develop a team of 5 project managers and 1 intern.
You have around 15 years of experience and come from a Media an Digital background, in an international context. You have an experience abroad (publisher, agency or in-house).
You are autonomous, organised and have good sense of managing priorities. You are able to adapt and work with different stakeholders and have a high sense of initiatives. You can easlily adapt to a complex, innovative and constantly changing environment.
You are a strategic thinker, a real team leader, with a go-getter spirit.
You are fluent in English.
