Role Purpose:
Manage the fibre network maintenance for France

Key Accountabilities:
Take in charge the fibre tickets generated by the other Colt teams on Siebel
Analyse and solve the fibre network issues
Manage the contractors for the fibre issues resolution
Open and follow the tickets of incidents and the resolution for third party fibre incidents
Communicate with efficiency with external contacts and the other teams of Colt organization
Follow and populate the network databases update proactively and following a network modification
Manage the maintenance projects (reroutes, savings, maintenance):
Take in charge and analyse the request
Determinate the impacts and the best technical and financial solution for the Colt network and reduce the customer impact
Propose a budget
Manage the contractors for the studies, the civil works, the fibre…
Validate the quotes and the attachments of the contractors
Communicate with the local authorities and the others parties
Ensure to the good realization of the project
Follow the database updates according to the project results
Participate to the callout shift 7/7 24/24h
Validate the quotes and the attachments of the contractors and populate the expenditure tracking database
Participate to the team meetings

Good knowledge of CNMT in writing
Knowledge of splicing works speciality
Good knowledge of Colt fibre network architecture
Experience with the fibre tickets incidents resolution
Team work mindset
Good communication skills
English language
