WHAT WOULD YOU BE IN CHARGE OF?
The Product team aims to explore and understand our customers' needs to help other teams design and operate the best possible product, considering legal and economic and other constraints we face. Therefore, the Product team plays a central role coordinating transversal projects across Colonies' teams, centralizing, prioritizing issues and solving them in a structured and timely manner.
To effectively improve our offer, the digital aspect of our tenants' experience becomes increasingly important - from the start of their on-boarding process to their daily use of the customer platform. Digital is at the heart of both our acquisition strategy and operating model. As an illustration, our public website (being also a booking tool) and our customer platform allow us to manage administrative, support and services requests.
With this in mind, we are looking for a Digital Product Manager to build a comprehensive knowledge of both our clients and internal teams to optimise our digital tools (website, customer platform and back-office for operations).
As part of the Product team, you will be involved in the overall product strategy and processes design, the reputation development, as well as the user journey improvement. You will directly report to the Head of Product and rely on your previous experience and your proactive approach to successfully carry out these strategic challenges.
WHAT WOULD YOUR MAIN MISSIONS BE?
As a Digital Product Manager, you will focus on both the acquisition and the activation - more precisely, on the public website (i.e. public booking platform), the tenants space (i.e. user account) and the back-office (i.e. administrative area for operations).
Benchmark the best in class co-living and booking platforms to define the key elements to enrich and improve on the public website
Define and deliver the Booking flow roadmap
Define digital features and experiences of our tenants - from on-boarding to moving out
Be in charge of the specs of both the website and tenant platform for our tech team
Define and maintain digital features and tools for the back-office used by our operational team
Feed requests to our Customer Researcher and Data Analyst to test, measure and validate their usage
Ensure continuous communication and collaboration within the product, operations, tech and marketing teams.
Actively contribute to create strategic digital competitive edge
WHO ARE YOU?
You have at least 2 years of experience working in a B2B SaaS, B2C or e-commerce Startup as a Product Manager.
You have experience working with both qualitative customer insights and quantitative customer data to inform decisions. You already conducted user research and ran a/b tests - you are resourceful when it comes to sourcing product insights.
You had the opportunity to work with agile dev teams and are familiar with Sprints and Kanban practices.
You have experience writing the product specs. Doing wireframes & prototypes has no secret for you!
You are results driven and problems solver. You are self-starter and entrepreneur at heart, you don't need a constant checks and follow-up as long as the goal is clear.
Analytical and organized, you need to keep things structured and done in timely manner.
Rigorous, you have already piloted several projects at the same time. You know how to coordinate projects and bring them to life with strong attention to details.
Creative, you never stand firm and are always on the lookout for new ideas.
Optimistic and smiling, you are motivated to learn and surpass yourself!
You have an excellent team spirit and want to be part of a fast-growing company developing a concept with high added value.
You speak and write English and French fluently; German is a plus.

We are vertically integrated. Everything is made in-house by a community of 60 doers! We source properties, design co-living spaces, supervise the rehabilitation/construction work, rent the rooms and take care of the daily operations to ensure the most enjoyable experience to our tenants.
We are growing at a fast pace to support the opening of a new house every two weeks. As a matter of fact, the number of rooms will be multiplied by 10 in the 18 coming months.
Does it work? Yes, today all our rooms are rented even before the rehabilitation/construction work is over.
